About Bowland Photo
Bowland Photo is the partnership of Husband & Wife Jason Merrin LRPS & Margaret Merrin. We are both member of the Royal Photographic Society and are members of two local camera clubs where we enjoy entering club and inter club competitions, especially the ones we win.
We live in the Forest of Bowland AONB and are passionate about exploring the area and capturing its beauty to share with others.
We met through our interest in photography which is a passion we still share, however our love of photography had started to fade while we were living in Wigan. When we moved to the Forest of Bowland in 2014 our passion for photography was re ignited and became stronger than ever. We started taking photographs around our wonderful new home and soon gained a good reputation for our photography which lead to people asking to buy them for themselves and gifts. Due to the demand for our images and services, Bowland Photo came to be.
We print all our own images using high quality photo printers which utilises nine different ink colours for the best colour rendering possible, as well as being archive quality meaning the rich colour will not fade and deteriorate.
